Customized Coaching Plan
This is a customized & detailed training plan designed after a long evaluation of the athlete’s current fitness level and the athlete’s main goal/s. This plan includes testing to reassess training zones. It is a straight forward and detailed training plan that prepares the athlete for his/her main event/s.This package includes:

full coaching service
This service includes everything in the Customized Training Plan plus the athlete has unlimited communication with his/her coach. The coach will review the athlete's weekly customized workout results and give feedback on his/her training as he/she progresses on a weekly basis. This service allows the athlete to ask questions about workouts or change workouts based on a change in the athlete's normal schedule or any other issue that may arise. This service also includes a swim evaluation, run gait analysis, bike evaluation, bike fit & power test.This package includes:*Extensive one on one consultation; questionnaire, review of past and present race results, aide in setting realistic goals, and advice in picking the correct or best races to focus on for the athlete's race season
*Analysis of current fitness level and identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses
*Swim Evaluation, Run Gait Analysis & Bike Evaluation, Bike Fit & Power Test

Single Services
Swim Evaluation – One on one swim evaluation on stroke form and technique. Videotaping of current stroke and then evaluation and correction of form and technique. Providing & giving the athlete specific drills / workouts that can be done to help correct form issues and improve stroke to become a better and more efficient swimmer.
Run Gait Analysis – One on one run evaluation on body posture, stride/gait form and cadence. Videotaping of the athlete's current running form and then evaluation and correction on gait/form with providing drills, workouts, and stretches that can be done to help correct the athlete's run form to become a better and more efficient runner.
Bike Evaluation – One on one bike evaluation on biking form, cadence and posture. Videotaping of your current riding form and then evaluation and correction on form, cadence, posture, and bike fit. Providing helpful bike drills to help correct the athlete's form and providing advice on best bike fit to produce the most power while staying as aero dynamic as possible but still comfortable. Please e-mail for priceing Power Test / FTP Test – This test is the athlete’s functional threshold power, or FTP. This test in simple terms is the maximum power the athlete can maintain through an hour’s effort without fatiguing. There are a several different ways to do this, all of which provide very similar estimates of FTP. The athlete’s goal in this test is to average the highest watts possible for a lengthy period of time. VIP Tri-Training provides two options / ways of taking this test. One is after a warm-up a 20 minute all-out effort and the other is two 8 minute all out efforts with a full recovery between each 8 minute all-out effort. Both options take about an hour with warm-up and cool down. The test provides the athlete's power numbers for his/her training zones for the bike: Endurance, Tempo, & Lactate Threshold.
